“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

Pick a speech level and hold it. News, subway notices and formal briefings use 합니다체, with endings such as -습니다. Most YouTube narration, ads and tutorials use the softer 해요체, ending in -아요 or -어요. 반말 suits only a character or a close, playful tone. Mixing levels in one script sounds careless to Korean listeners.
Korean has two sets of numbers, and the right one depends on what is counted. Hours, counted items and ages with 살 take native numbers, so 3시 is 세 시. Minutes, dates, money and phone numbers take Sino-Korean ones, so 30분 is 삼십 분. If a figure is read with the wrong set, write it in Hangul. Dates run year, month, day, as in 2026년 10월 13일.
Spacing between words, called 띄어쓰기, shapes meaning. The classic example is 아버지가 방에 들어가신다, father enters the room, against 아버지 가방에 들어가신다, father enters the bag. Write loanwords in their standard Hangul form, such as 콘텐츠. Spelling and sound also differ, as in 국물 said 궁물, which is normal and needs no change. Add a name that keeps coming out wrong to the pronunciation dictionary.

Yes. Korean ads and tech videos are full of English. Write common loanwords in Hangul, such as 스마트폰 or 업데이트, since that is how Koreans read and say them. Brand names can stay in Latin letters, but preview them, because an acronym may be spelled out letter by letter or read as a word. A consistent Hangul spelling keeps the reading predictable.
No. Modern Korean is written almost entirely in Hangul, and Hanja appear mainly in some newspaper headlines, legal texts and formal documents. For a voice over, write every word in Hangul. If a Sino-Korean word is ambiguous, such as 사기, which can mean fraud or morale, pick a clearer word or add context so the listener follows.
