Write in standard colloquial Bangla, the chalit bhasha of newspapers, TV news and schoolbooks in Bangladesh. The older sadhu bhasha, with verb forms like করিয়াছিল, now sounds stiff outside classic literature. End each sentence with a dari (।) rather than a full stop, and listen to where the voice pauses.
Bangladeshi print often uses Bangla digits, such as ২০২৬, though Western digits are common online. Pick one style for the whole script and preview a line with a figure. Dates may follow the Bangla calendar as well as the Gregorian one, so write a date such as ১ বৈশাখ in words and digits, not as a bare string of numbers. Write টাকা as a word if the ৳ sign is read oddly.
Use আপনি for ads, lessons and phone menus. তুমি suits a friendly reel, and তুই belongs between close friends, so keep it out of brand scripts. Bangladeshi Bangla says পানি and গোসল where West Bengal says জল and স্নান, so a script for Dhaka listeners should use Dhaka words. English loans such as মোবাইল, অফার and ডেলিভারি are normal in ads. Preview them, and fix any misread word in the pronunciation dictionary.

Preview the line first. If a number, date or abbreviation comes out wrong, write it the way it should be spoken, or add it to the pronunciation dictionary, which is on every plan. One entry fixes that word across the whole project.
It is the same language and the same script. This page's voices come from Bangladesh, so they suit scripts written for listeners in Dhaka, Chattogram or Khulna. For a script aimed at Kolkata or West Bengal, where people say জল for water and often greet with নমস্কার, try the Bengali page, which is written for India.
You can, but Banglish written in Latin letters may be read as English. A phonetic keyboard such as Avro turns "ami" into আমি as you type, so you can think in English letters and still paste proper Bangla script. Leave brand names in English letters, preview the line, and add any stubborn word to the pronunciation dictionary[[C067]].
