“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

The voice on this page reads standard written Chinese with a Shaanxi accent, so you write your script exactly as you would for any mainland audience. Shaanxi itself has three broad speech areas: Jin varieties in the far north around Yulin, Central Plains Mandarin in the Guanzhong plain around Xi'an, and Southwestern Mandarin in the south near Hanzhong. Most people outside the province know the Xi'an sound.
Local words add colour. 嫽 (liáo) means good or lovely, as in 嫽得很, and 咥 (dié) means to eat heartily. Both are rare characters that a voice may misread, so play them first and add a fix to the pronunciation dictionary if needed. Shaanxi speakers also like to end praise with 得很, which works in almost any casual script.
With one female voice, write for a single narrator: a cycling guide on the city wall, a museum audio tour, or the host of a food video in the Muslim Quarter. For a male part or a second speaker, pair her with a voice from the Chinese page, and keep each speaker's lines in clearly separate blocks.

Rarely, when the script is standard Chinese. The words and grammar stay the same and only the sound changes, so listeners across China can follow it. Broad village speech is harder, but this voice reads whatever you type. If you add local words such as 咥 or 嫽, consider a subtitle for viewers outside the northwest.
Projects with a Xi'an or northwest setting: tourism videos about the Terracotta Army or the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, ads for noodle and roujiamo shops, and characters in historical or rural dramas. It is a strong choice when the place is part of the story. For neutral narration, use standard Mandarin from the Chinese page.
